You call or write – I reply personally within 24 hours. For urgent cases (missing pet, roof emergency) – typically within 1–2 hours.

I ask about location, timing, site size and goal. If needed, I'll advise whether a drone will actually help or another strategy is better.

Flight planning
I prepare a risk assessment, coordinate airspace with the CAA, obtain required permits. You get an exact time and price.

Flight and analysis
I arrive on site, fly with thermal and visual cameras. Data is processed the same or next day.

Report and recommendations
You receive clear photos, thermograms, GPS coordinates (for search) and written recommendations. The results are yours.
Certificates and liability
Operations comply with EASA requirements and Lithuanian CAA rules. Every flight is legal, insured and planned.
When flying over private property I always obtain owner consent; in regulated airspace – coordination via the CAA UTM system. You don't need to worry about permits – I handle everything.

Professional equipment
For flights I use the DJI Matrice 4T – an enterprise-class drone with a four-camera system, professional thermal imaging (640×512 px), 112× optical zoom and laser rangefinder up to 1,800 m.
