SAR search, thermal inspections, and aerial reports – with an EASA-certified operator.
Inquiry by phone, email, or form → quote within 24 h → agreed flight → report.
A drone report is for information and decisions – it does not replace a licensed builder's or veterinarian's assessment.
These terms of service (the “Terms”) apply to all services provided by MB „DRONO" (brand DRONO.LT) in the Republic of Lithuania.
By ordering a service – by phone, email, website form, or other channels – you confirm that you have read these Terms and our privacy policy.
If you place an order on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to conclude a contract on its behalf.
We provide professional drone services, including:
A drone inspection is not a construction technical assessment (CTA) and does not replace an on-site inspection by a licensed specialist or internal structural review. The report helps identify risks and plan next steps – always evaluate final decisions with the appropriate professionals.
Trial flight – a free, limited demonstration with no obligation to order the full service.
Prices shown on the website and price list are indicative. The final price depends on object size, terrain, distance, urgency, weather requirements, and additional services (e.g. repeat flight, rapid response).
Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied in accordance with applicable law.
Payment – by bank transfer against invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large projects (from €1,000) an advance payment may be required.
Flights are conducted in compliance with EASA requirements, Lithuanian law, and safety procedures. A flight may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather (rain, snow, wind above safe limits), temporary flight zone restrictions, or force majeure.
We operate as an EASA-certified operator. We hold civil liability insurance for professional flights.
Liability for direct losses is limited in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the specific agreement – typically not exceeding the amount paid for the relevant order, except where mandatory law applies (intentional fault, personal injury, etc.).
We are not liable for decisions made based on the report without further consultation with the relevant specialists. We do not guarantee that all defects will be visible from the air – some issues may be hidden under roofing, insulation, or structures.
In search and rescue operations we make professional efforts to locate heat sources and narrow the search area, but we do not guarantee a find – results depend on time, weather, animal behaviour, and other factors.
Reports, photos, and thermal images created for an order are provided to the client for the agreed purpose (internal assessment, negotiations, repair planning, insurance or project documentation – as agreed).
DRONO.LT may use anonymised or client-approved frames in portfolio and marketing only with explicit consent.
Website content, design, and software (including the poster generator) belong to MB „DRONO" and may not be copied without permission.
Contact and inquiry data provided when ordering is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The contact form and CRM system are used to manage inquiries – email automation is not enabled; notifications are reviewed manually.
For details, see the Privacy policy section.
Terms may be updated by publishing a new version on the website. Existing orders are assessed under the version in force at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Disputes are sought to be resolved by negotiation. If unsuccessful – disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania under the jurisdiction of MB „DRONO"'s registered office, applying Lithuanian law.
Get in touch – we will explain any part before you order a service.
