We may process the following categories of data:

• Contact details – name, email, phone number (when you submit a form, call, or write to us).
• Inquiry content – service type, object location, description, preferred time, and other information you provide.
• Newsletter subscription – email address (if you subscribe).
• Technical data – IP address, browser type, page views (only if you accept analytics cookies).
• Mission materials – images and thermal data collected during flights (processed under a service agreement with the client, not as ordinary website visitor data).

We process data lawfully, fairly, proportionately, and only where we have a valid legal basis:

• Inquiry management – responding to messages, providing quotes, concluding contracts (contract performance / pre-contractual steps). Inquiries are stored in our CRM system.
• Service delivery – performing inspections or searches and delivering reports (contract performance).
• Legal obligations – accounting, taxes, and document archiving as required by law (legal obligation).
• Website analytics – traffic statistics (consent – only when analytics cookies are enabled).
• Direct marketing – newsletter (consent; you may unsubscribe at any time).

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the last contact if no service agreement is concluded.

After a contract is signed – in accordance with accounting and civil law requirements (typically up to 10 years for related documents).

Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data – according to the default retention period of the analytics tool used (if analytics is enabled).

We do not share data with third parties except IT service providers (hosting, database) acting as processors under agreements, public authorities where required by law, and analytics tools – only with your consent via the cookie banner.

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless service providers offer appropriate GDPR safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

We apply technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, restricted server access, and confidential storage of mission data.

However, data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed 100% secure – please do not send passwords or payment card details by email or form.

This website and our services are not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

When we update this policy, we publish a new effective date on this page. Material changes may be notified by email to active clients.
